Dell Expo Tour / Dell EMC Forum Expo Tour.

The original idea was to tangibly present the variety of solutions offered by the Dell brand in the areas of Client and Datacenter Solutions in a touch-and-feel atmosphere – culminating in the desired success: the Dell Expo Tour. This saw us joining forces in 2013 to lay the foundations, by creating an open platform at various locations exuding an industrial charm and expanding the Expo by 2016 to up to 3,000 m² presentation space and 30 exhibitors. In a relaxing environment, hundreds of visitors were able to experience up close the portfolio offered by Dell and its partners at four product islands, the stands and a central stage, as well as find out anything they wanted to know and network with experts. Parallel to the exhibition, we organised up to eight additional side events such as the exclusive Channel Breakfast and the BVMW Session. In an effort to realise this annual success and continuously expand it via a total of 21 tour stops throughout Germany, we were in charge of conceiving, planning, realising, quality assurance and follow-up processing as well as innovative further development of the Dell Expo Tour and Dell EMC Forum Expo Tour.

.NEXT On Tour / X Tour.

After successfully collaborating with our partner Nutanix within the framework of the Dell and Dell EMC roadshow, we asked ourselves: “What’s next?”. In accordance with this motto, we continued our mutual journey in the form of the .NEXT On Tour and X Tour events in Germany and Austria. And we succeeded in planning and operatively implementing two 1-day X Tour events in Frankfurt and Hamburg where B2B customers can obtain updates on the latest technology trends for data centres and cloud computing in an inspiring keynote and other informative breakout sessions as well as customer presentations, and establish contact with decision-makers within the sector.

IFA.

As a service offered by IFA, trade visitors, students, families, senior citizens, hearing-impaired and sight-impaired people as well as refugees are offered exclusive guided tours enabling them to gain an insight into specific future technologies and highlights offered by exhibitors on a variety of special focus points. We now plan and realise around 200 guided tours at the IFA for our customers. Furthermore, we also organise various tours for companies such as Wall, GeVestor, BBU and GdW as well as the Sparkasse. From route planning through exhibitor communication to co-ordination on site, we organise interesting tours tailored to our customers’ individual demands.

Young IFA.

Messe Berlin has been a loyal client since 2002. Our most recent joint projects include the Young IFA – the special event area for the younger generation. Gaming, entertainment and eSports were strongly intertwined in the hall concept, the Young IFA shared flat, providing unique experiences for the young digital target group. YouTube stars such as HandOfBlood and Maxim stream in and out while Mori provides inspiration with his culinary skills – with the result that the young visitors would love to simply move in here for good. In order to achieve these premises, our range of services comprises conceiving, planning and realising the content offer, consulting in terms of exhibition stand design, developing social media presence and organising media partnerships, co-operations and sponsorships.

Jugendforum.

For the City of Cologne, we organise the annual Jugendforum-NRW at the gamescom where multimedia reporting meets educational demands. From a glass box, young journalists broadcast live from the world’s largest event for computer and video games. The trendy range is also complemented for the target group by many additional topics and stands. In order to optimally present the content design, we are involved in advance and on site in designing the stand, providing operative support for partners and co-ordination.

Games Industry Business Lounge.

In co-operation with International Business Media, we create more space for business at the gamescom with our own “Games Industry Business Lounge” product. Since 2012, we have been organising around 30 meeting rooms spanning more than 1,000 m² as an exclusive retreat for our B2B customers and their gaming business.

Decision Leaders Dinner.

For the top-class decision-makers of the public sector and the gaming industry, we collaborate with International Business Media to organise a VIP dinner. The evening backdrop of the Flora, the ambience of the roof terrace and an exquisite culinary menu ahead of the gamescom represent an invitation to a relaxed get-together and encourage exchanges about shared visions.

The Main.

On 31.10.2015, Summoner’s Inn organised the largest German-language League of Legends event of the year. Fans were able to enjoy broadcasts of the world finals, a spectacular stage show by the Summoner's Inn crew in the Arena Berlin. The location offered space for up to 3,000 visitors and the event was almost fully sold out within a mere 24 hours. The entire eSports event was also broadcast via Twitch for the community. The atmosphere in the hall was overwhelming and we are delighted that we were able to contribute to its phenomenal success by finding a suitable location as well as providing consulting support during operative realisation.

smava.

In summer 2017, we organised a wonderful summer party for smava at the beautiful Wannsee lido. On a sun deck, around 200 employees were able to enjoy their company celebration over Caribbean cocktails, delicious food, Brazilian dancing and a breath-taking sunset.

ITB.

On the occasion of the press conference for the 50th ITB Berlin, we released 50 balloons into the sky on behalf of Messe Berlin. Our promoters had the huge balloons released with 50 free tickets at both the radio tower and the TV tower.
